Spreading The Word About Collaborative Law

November 2, 2009

I recently appeared as a special guest on the hour-long talk show, Now You Know. We had a very interesting discussion about Collaborative Law and its implementation as a dispute resolution system. It’s all about transforming conflict into collaboration, and I’m excited that more and more people are starting to talk about it. This summer, I participated in programs through which the State of Florida and the American Bar Association have started recognizing and adopting Collaborative Law as a faster, less expensive and more satisfying way to end a relationship respectfully. I think legal professionals—and the clients we serve—are ready this kind of “civilized” solution. I know I am.
